Refund and Returns Policy

At Radiant Choice, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below for details on how to return your item(s).
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Some items such as undergarments and final sale items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
Email our customer support team at support@radiantchoice.net with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
Pack the item(s) securely, including the return form, and ship it using the provided label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 1–2 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@radiantchoice.com. We will gladly offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded. This includes undergarments and certain promotional items.
